Cancellation Policy
By booking an appointment to pick up your currently consigned items, you agree to show up at our physical location within the 15-minute booked time slot to collect your items. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance of the time slot.
Due to limited availability, if you fail to show up for your booked time slot without cancelling or contacting us, you will no longer be able to pick up your items. Thank you for understanding!
